The trainer talked about the correct technique for squats with your own weight

Trainer Vladimir Parkhomenko advises squatting as you inhale and rising as you exhale.

Fitness trainer Vladimir Parkhomenko spoke about the correct technique for squats with your own weight. His words are quoted by Sport Express.

Starting position – standing, legs slightly wider than the pelvis. Next, according to the specialist, you need to take a breath, tense your abdominal and back muscles and begin to lower yourself. The hips should be pulled back. It is necessary to perform a squat to the bottom point, knees and feet on the same line. The expert noted that the depth of the squat should be such that the heels do not come off the floor and the back remains flat. Then, after exhaling, you need to lift.

“If you can, squat deeply and bring your hands down between your knees. In this case, the muscles work one hundred percent,” Parkhomenko explained. He noted that the load can be increased due to the number of repetitions, the speed of the movement or additional weights.

Earlier, fitness expert Svetlana Butova named the signs of a good workout. According to her, there should be no severe pain after exercise. You should also feel a surge of energy, not a loss of strength.
