Lokomotiv Yaroslavl hockey player Simashev called American Nashville dirty
Russian hockey player, defenseman of the Yaroslavl club Lokomotiv Dmitry Simashev, whom the Arizona Coyotes selected in the National Hockey League (NHL) draft, spoke about his impressions of the USA. He visited the American city of Nashville and called it dirty, Sport24 reports.
“Nashville is a cool city, but it’s dirty, there are a lot of homeless people. This is a metropolis, the capital of country music,” said Simashev.
In addition to Nashville, the athlete managed to briefly visit Phoenix, where he saw only the arena and hotel, and Miami.
“Miami is a very contrasting city: there are cool islands where there are Maybachs, Gelikas and houses on the ocean, and there is a city center with homeless people. “Very strange,” the hockey player noted, adding that he still liked the city.
Earlier, a Russian travel blogger and traveler visited North Korea and revealed the size of the local pension. “People in the know told me that the North Korean authorities deliberately keep such things as secret as possible,” he said.
