Ante Budimir extends his contract with Osasuna for two more seasons, until 2027

The front Ante Budimir has extended his contract with Osasuna until 2027, that is, for two more seasons than what had been signed, as reported this Monday by the Navarrese club. The Croatian footballer, who arrived in Osasuna in 2020, will thus complete at least seven seasons as a player for the Pamplona team; As Osasuna has specified, Budimir’s termination clause remains at 20 million euros.
The 32-year-old striker is among Osasuna’s seven all-time top scorers in the First Division, as the rojillo club has recalled. So far, he has scored 32 goals, with 29 of them in the League, two in the Cup and one in the Conference League.
The Croatian, international with his country’s national team, played for Osasuna on loan from Mallorca in the 2020-21 season, and was signed by the Navarrese team at the end of that campaign.
In the nine matchdays of LaLiga EA Sports 2023-24, Budimir has scored two goals so far.
