Fitness trainer Yanina Kolpakova named ways to overcome the autumn blues and force yourself to go to the gym. She spoke about this in a conversation with Lenta.ru.
First of all, Kolpakova advised changing the training routine. “For example, you can start doing yoga or Pilates, these workouts help you relax and improve your mood. You can also try a new sport, such as tennis or boxing,” she said.
The expert also recommended finding a company for yourself, because playing sports with friends or loved ones is much more fun. “You will be able to motivate and support each other during training,” she explained.
