The MotoGP World Championship will have 22 Grand Prix in 2024, two more than in 2023

The organization of the Motorcycle World Championship has revealed this Wednesday the provisional calendar of the motorcycle championship. MotoGP 2024which increases from 20 to 22 Grand Prix in a total of 18 countries and that it will face the “greatest season” in its entire history.
They will be 11 races before the summer break and others 11 races later. Unlike the current 2023 World Championship, which began in Portugal, MotoGP 2024 will begin to give gas in the Qatar Grand Prix on March 10at the Lusail International Circuit.
The main novelties are the entry of the Kazakhstan Grand Prix in Sokol on June 16 and the return of Aragon Grand Prix at MotorlandOn September 1.
Finally, the classic Ricardo Tormo Circuit, in Valenciathe 2024 MotoGP World Championship will close as usual on November 17.
The rider Xabi Zurutuza will make the jump to the Moto3 World Championship
It should be noted that this year the young Basque motorcycle racer Xabi Zurutuza (Legazpi, 2006) will race in the Moto3 category of the Motorcycle World Championship, and will do so in one of the reference teams of the category: Red Bull KTM Ajo, a Finnish team directed by Aki Ajo.
