Dmitry Bivol’s manager Kornilov called Anthony Yarde a possible opponent for the boxer
The manager of Russian boxer Dmitry Bivol, Vadim Kornilov, named four possible opponents for his next fight. The expert’s words are quoted by The Ring.
“The opponents we are discussing are Jaime Munguia, Radivoje Kalajdzic, Lyndon Arthur, Anthony Yarde and a few others. The plan is to fight in the USA,” Kornilov said.
On September 5, promoter Eddie Hearn announced the date for Bivol’s next fight. “Dmitry Bivol will fight either December 2nd or December 9th,” Hearn said. The specialist did not disclose the name of the opponent.
On June 28, Bivol stated that he was ready for any opponent from the top 10 light heavyweight division. He added that he would be happy to meet with American Jermall Charlo, who competes in the middle and first middle weight categories.
In his professional career, Bivol won 21 victories and did not suffer a single defeat. He holds the World Boxing Association (WBA) light heavyweight title.
