SKA lost to Dynamo with a score of 1:3 and extended its losing streak to four games
St. Petersburg SKA lost at home to Dynamo Moscow in a regular season match of the Kontinental Hockey League (KHL). This was reported by a Lenta.ru correspondent.
The meeting ended with a score of 3:1 in favor of the guests. The first goal was scored by CSKA forward Arseny Gritsyuk, but before the end of the first period the Muscovites equalized the score and took the lead thanks to goals from Maxim Dzhioshvili and Vladislav Mikhailov. In the third twenty minutes, Dzhioshvili scored a double and strengthened the advantage of the blue and whites.
Thus, SKA extended its losing streak to four games. Previously, the team lost to Nizhny Novgorod Torpedo (3:4), Yaroslavl Lokomotiv (2:3) and Moscow Spartak (0:3). In six meetings since the beginning of the 2023/2024 season, hockey players from St. Petersburg also won two victories: over Lada Tolyatti (3:0) and Dynamo Moscow in the opening match (2:1).
Next, SKA will play at home against Siberia on September 17. The match will start at 17:00 Moscow time. Dynamo will host Spartak at their arena a day later. The starting whistle will sound at 19:30.
