The head of the promotion company RCC Nikolai Klimenko spoke about the rematch of the Russian mixed style fighter (MMA) Alexander Shlemenko and the Serbian Alexander Ilic. His words are quoted by Metaratings.
“We have a Shlemenko-Ilic fight scheduled in December. Fights between Alexey Oleinik and Ivan Shtyrkov. This will be a New Year’s tournament. It might even be possible to put Vitaly Minakov’s fight on the card,” Klimenko shared his plans.
On August 26, Ilic defeated Shlemenko at the Russian Cagefighting Championship. The fight, which took place according to MMA rules, ended in a knockout at 21 seconds.
In total, the 34-year-old Serb has 15 wins and five losses in his professional career. The 39-year-old Russian has 62 wins, 15 losses and one draw. Another fight with his participation was declared invalid.
