When lifting the body, exhale, when straightening, inhale,” she described the correct technique for performing the exercise.

She also suggested a more complicated option – lifting the body with small twists. To do this, you first need to touch your right knee with your left elbow, and then touch your left knee with your right elbow. She noted that the laziest can do the exercise without getting up from the couch, but it is better to do it on a mat.

“By regularly pumping up your abs, you improve the functioning of your internal organs, normalize digestion, and have a positive effect on the functioning of the genitourinary system,” Polyakova emphasized.
