Fitness expert Yurkova advises not to drink alcohol the day before training
Fitness expert Anastasia Yurkova answered the question about the permissibility of drinking alcohol after a workout. Her words are quoted by The Secret of the Company.
The specialist said that combining sports and alcoholic drinks is possible only if the main goal of the exercise is to maintain normal physical shape without the goal of showing super results. “You should not drink alcohol if you have a workout tomorrow, as this can lead to disruption of the cardiovascular system,” said Yurkova. She added that it is also worth giving up strong drinks the day after exercise, since the body needs full recovery during this period.
