Real Sociedad have signed Álvaro Odriozola, as announced by the San Sebastián (Gipuzkoa) club this Friday, September 1. La Real has reached a agreement with Real Madrid to close the transfer of the San Sebastian footballer.

Odriozola has signed a contract that binds him to Real Sociedad until June 30, 2029. The right-back returns to the team he left to sign for Real Madrid.

Álvaro Odriozola left Real Sociedad, the team with which he made his elite debut on January 16, 2017, heading to Real Madrid in the summer of 2018, and after five years he has returned to the txuri-urdin team. The right side has not succeeded in the merengue team. He has not accumulated many minutes at Real Madrid.

In January 2020 he was loaned to Bayern Munich. In the Bavarian team he only played five games, but Bayern won the treble; that is, they won the Bundesliga, the German Cup and the Champions League.
