On Sunday, August 27, the Tour of Spain 2023 will face his second stagewhich will leave Mataró and will end in Barcelonawith a tour of 181.8 kilometers.

The stage is considered as mid-mountainsince the cyclists they will have to climb two mountain passes 3rd category and another 2nd category.

As soon as the first seven kilometers are passed, the cyclists will face the climb Coll de Sant Bartomeu (3rd category). It has a 6.6 kilometer climb and one average slope of 4.5%.

Then, at kilometer 66.3, they will go up the Coll d’Estenalles (2nd category)which has a 12.1 kilometer climb and one average slope of 3.9%.

Lastly, in the final section of the stage, at kilometer 178, the runners will face the ascent to the wall of Montjuïc (3rd category); has a 900 meter climb and with a average 9.4%.

After crowning Montjuic there will be 3.1 kilometers left until the finish line.
