Russian midfielder Daler Kuzyaev scored his debut goal for French Le Havre. This is reported by the correspondent of “Lenta.ru”.
The midfielder of the Russian national team scored in the 52nd minute of the match of the second round of the French championship against Brest. Kuzyaev’s goal did not help Le Havre: the team lost with a score of 1:2.
30-year-old Kuzyaev moved to Le Havre on July 12. The agreement with the Russian is designed for two seasons.
In the 2022/2023 season, Kuzyaev played for Zenit St. Petersburg, the contract with which expired at the end of June. The midfielder has been playing for the blue-white-blue since 2017. Together with the team, he became the champion of Russia five times, took the Russian Cup and won the Super Cup twice.
Le Havre took first place in the Ligue 2 standings in the 2022/2023 season and was able to climb into the strongest division of the French championship.
