Blachowicz announced his desire to fight the Russian Pavlovich in the heavyweight division
Polish fighter of the Absolute Fighting Championship (UFC) Jan Blachowicz announced his desire to fight with Russian Sergey Pavlovich. His words are quoted by Sportsnaut.
“Sounds tempting. It’s a great idea, I’m going to talk to the UFC about moving up to heavyweight. This is definitely worth thinking about, ”said Blachowicz, who currently competes in the light heavyweight division. He noted that he is also considering holding a duel against Briton Tom Aspinall.
On July 4, Pavlovich topped the UFC heavyweight rankings. The Russian moved up one position and outstripped the Frenchman Cyril Gan in the list.
During his career, 30-year-old Pavlovich had 18 fights, 17 of which ended in his favor. The 40-year-old Blachowicz has 29 wins, 10 losses and one draw.
