Sergio Ramos receives proposal from Galatasaray for two seasons

Experienced defender Sergio Ramos, who has been without a club since the end of his contract with Paris Saint Germain at the end of June, he is still looking for a team to continue his career. One of the competitors that appears at the moment is the Turkish team Galatasaray.

According to the newspaper Fans, from Turkey, the club offered a two-year contract and 5.5 million euros (R$ 29.9 million) per year to the 37-year-old defender. Sergio Ramos is said to be seriously considering this possibility after consulting with people close to him who have experience in Turkish football.

Revealed by Sevilla, Sergio Ramos transferred to Real Madrid in 2005 and stayed there until 2021, piling up national and continental titles and becoming an idol of the merengue club. After that, he went to PSG and played two seasons.

In 2022-23, the defender entered 45 matches, provided four assists and even scored a goal in one opportunity. Altogether for the Parisian club, there were 58 appearances.
