L’Equipe: Neymar wants to return to Barcelona after Al Hilal
Brazilian striker Neymar wants to return to Barcelona after playing for Saudi Al-Hilal. It is reported by L’Equipe.
According to the publication, the striker hopes to join the Catalan team ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup. After two seasons at Al Hilal, he reportedly does not intend to activate the option to extend his contract with the club for another year.
On August 13, it became known that Paris Saint-Germain had reached an agreement with Al-Hilal on the transfer of Neymar. RMC Sport said the deal would be finalized within a few days. The player himself has already agreed to the transition to the championship of Saudi Arabia. The PSG management told Neymar that they did not count on him.
Neymar has been with PSG since the summer of 2017. The cost of the 31-year-old player is estimated at 60 million euros. From 2013 to 2017, he defended the colors of Barcelona.
