Fitness trainer Ebenezer Samuel named the five best exercises for the muscles of the shoulders. It is reported by Men’s Health.
The specialist mentioned walking with kettlebells pressed to the chest, moving from back to side while holding the kettlebell at arm’s length, dumbbell rows with emphasis on the chest on an incline bench, as well as dumbbell overhead presses and pulling the resistance band to the chin.
“To develop shoulder strength, you need to practice proper exercise technique before lifting heavy weights. In this case, the shoulder joint will remain healthy,” said Samuel.
On August 10, fitness trainer Mikhail Prygunov called exercises dangerous to health. The specialist said that one of these exercises is barbell squats, which give a direct axial load on the spine.
