Wolverhampton and Spanish coach Julen Lopetegui reached an agreement on Tuesday to end the commitment between the two parties, the Premier League club announced, ending the Basque coach’s nine-month cycle in charge.
“The manager and the club are aware of and accept their differences of opinion on some issues and agree that an amicable termination of his contract was the best solution for all parties,” Wolves said in a statement.
