“A Champions League it’s a reward for the work we did last year. We’ll try to do our best, I’ll try to help the team with my experience. I’m also working to win a trophy in Italy, we have to go out on the pitch to try to win every game. We need that mindset,” Pedro said at a press conference.
Pedro, 35, arrived at Lazio in 2021 after a season at arch-rivals Romaand was one of the main players of the biancocelesti in the runner-up A league this year, which ended with the title of Napoli.
Thanks to this campaign, Roma will participate in the Champions League group stage for the second time in 16 years.
