Ngannou says he’ll make more money fighting Fury than in his entire UFC career
Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) heavyweight champion Francis Ngannou spoke about the fee for the fight with boxer Tyson Fury. His words are quoted by The MMA Hour.
“Will I make more money to fight Fury than in my entire UFC career? Definitely yes. 100 percent,” he said. Ngannou added that the preparation for the fight according to the rules of boxing is also very different.
The fight between Ngannou and Fury will take place in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia) on October 28. He will go to heavyweight.
Ngannou has 17 victories and three losses in mixed martial arts. He held the UFC heavyweight championship belt.
Fury has 33 wins, 1 draw and no losses. He owns the World Boxing Council (WBC) heavyweight championship belt.
