Russian woman Dudakova said that the debut fight in the UFC was not what she expected
Undefeated Russian Victoria Dudakova commented on her victory in her debut fight in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). Her words are available on the promotion’s YouTube channel.
“I wanted to fight, of course. It didn’t work out very well. But who knew that I break the hands of rivals, not wanting it? – said the athlete. Dudakova noted that the fight did not turn out as she expected, and added that at the same time she was counting on finishing in the first round.
The meeting against the Brazilian Istela Nunes took place in Las Vegas (USA) at the UFC Vegas 77 tournament on the night of July 16. Dudakova made a pass to the legs in the first round, her opponent fell and injured her hand.
Dudakova received a contract with the promotion after winning the Dana White’s Contender Series qualifying tournament on August 31, 2022. In total, the 24-year-old Russian woman has seven victories in her professional career and not a single defeat.
