Everton and Liverpool will pay tribute to a 12-year-old girl who was stabbed to death on Wednesday

The girl was stabbed to death by a 14-year-old teenager in Liverpool city center.

Liverpool and Everton will unite this Wednesday (15:15 Ecuador) in the Merseysida derby with applause from the fans to honor the memory of Ava White, a 12-year-old girl who was killed last week.

The girl was stabbed to death by a 14-year-old in Liverpool city center, after an argument.

The clubs have asked their fans to clap in unison at the 12th minute of tonight’s game at Goodison to honor the memory of White, who was on the street to watch the Christmas lights go on when the tragedy occurred.

The killer is in police custody after being charged with murder. (D)
