Paraguayan midfielder Jesus Medina moved from CSKA Moscow to Spartak. This was reported in the Telegram channel of the red-blue.

The football player thanked the fans for their support and said that he had a great season at CSKA. He stressed that the time had come for him to change, in connection with which he turned to the club’s management with a request to let him go. Medina’s contract with Spartak runs until 2026.

The possible transfer of Medina to Spartak became known on July 7. Then it was reported that the transaction amount will be 7.5 million euros.

Medina joined CSKA Moscow in January 2022 from New York City. He played 45 matches for the army team in all competitions, in which he scored 12 goals and made nine assists. The player’s contract with CSKA expired in June 2025.
