The Athletic Club compromisers members approved the budgets for season 2021-2022 presented by the club in the Extraordinary general assembly which was held this Tuesday at the Euskalduna Palace in Bilbao.
The first budgets presented by the board of directors chaired by Aitor Elizegi were not approved in the Ordinary General Assembly which was held on October 23 in San Mamés. Nevertheless, the new budget has been approved by 475 votes in favor, 31 against, 16 blank votes and 26 null votes.
The previous budget was 140.8 million euros with an estimated loss of 5.4 million, and This reflects 140.4 million of expenses and losses of 4.4 million ante la revenue forecast of 136 million. The greatest point of conflict lay in the ‘covid fee’ which included, on this occasion, a linear fee of 85 euros for the 120 from the previous time.
