Expert Prikhodko advised doing squats and lunges with a fitness band for weight loss
Expert Alexander Prikhodko advised exercises with a fitness band for weight loss. His words are reported by “Championship”.
The specialist recommended doing squats. Starting position – standing, legs slightly wider than shoulders, circular elastic band worn on the middle of the thigh, arms in front of you in the lock, back straight. “Perform a squat, moving the pelvis back. Make sure your knees don’t go past your toes. Hold at the bottom for a few seconds. Return to the starting position, ”Prikhodko described the technique for performing the exercise.
He also suggested doing lunges. The starting position remains the same, but the elastic should be fixed at a level just above the knee. “Take a wide step forward and lower yourself down so that the knee of your front leg forms a right angle. The back leg drops as close to the floor as possible, but does not touch it. Return to the starting position,” said Prikhodko.
Then the expert advised to do “scissors”. To do this, you need to lie on your back, fixing the elastic at the ankles, arms extended along the body, palms down. Next, you need to raise your legs without lifting your lower back from the floor, and alternately raise and lower them without touching the floor.
In addition, Prikhodko recommended making a bicycle. Starting position – sitting, the elastic band is put on the middle of the feet, the toe is pulled over. “Lean back on your elbows, straighten your legs a little off the floor. Pull your right knee to your chest, and straighten your left leg, but do not put it on the floor. Then change legs and repeat the movement, ”he described the technique of the exercise. To enhance the effect, the expert suggested adding twisting with the right elbow to the left knee and vice versa during the movement of the legs.
June 11, fitness expert Sarah Coomer called the dangers of frequent weighing. The specialist said that assessing the success of losing weight based on the results of one type of measurement often negatively affects the psychological state and, as a result, training.
