The women’s teams Netherlands e Belgium faced each other this Saturday, at the Parkstad Limburg Kerkrade Stadium, in the Netherlands. The Dutch were vastly superior and won by the score of 5 to 0.
Right at the start of the game, the Netherlands went up and scored the first goal with Lieke Martens, just after two minutes. But it did not stop there. At 25 minutes, they extended the advantage with Sherida, after a penalty kick, and, at 37 minutes, Lineth hit a beautiful shot to make it 3-0.
In the second half, Holland went on the attack and scored the fourth goal with Victoria Pelova, at 17. From then on, the Dutch coach began to rotate the team and put some substitutes. To close the rout, Katja Snoeijs scored the last goal, in the 38th minute of the second half.

The match was the last test of the Dutch team before the debut in the world Cup which will start next on July 20th. The team’s debut is against Portugal, on the 23rd. Group E also features the United States and Vietnam. Belgium, meanwhile, did not qualify for the tournament to be played in New Zealand and Australia.
