Bayern thrash Leverkusen and end fast in the Bundesliga

Bayern Munich ended its fast in the German Championship by beating Bayer Leverkusen this Friday, for the eighth round. By 4-0, the club won again after four blank matches.

Jamal Musiala was the name of the match, with two assists and one. Sané and Mané marked the others.

With the result, Bayern climbs to second place with now 15 points, while their opponent appears in 16th place, with just five added. By the way, Leverkusen hasn’t won for four rounds.

The Bavarians enter the field again next Tuesday, 13:45 (GMT), against Viktoria Plzen, for the third round of the group stage of the Champions League. Bayer Leverkusen face Porto on the same day, but at 4 pm, for the same tournament.

Three minutes into the first half, Musiala started down the right and found Sané inside the area, who, between two markers, dominated and opened the scoring for Bayern Munich.

At 17, the young midfielder went from being the waiter to becoming the author of one of the goals. Muller charged through the middle and found the boy infiltrated between the opposing defenders to hit hard and score the second.

At 38, Musiala passed to Mané, who was inside the area. The striker stopped, dominated and hit the goalkeeper’s right corner. Finally, in the second half, Muller closed the rout.
