“Last year we exceeded our wildest dreams with six stage wins, the polka dot jersey and, most importantly, the green and yellow jersey. This year we are also dreaming big. Our ambition is to wear the yellow jersey in a Paris,” said sporting director Merijn Zeeman.
According to Zeeman, after the Spin achieved by Primoz Roglicthe team now aspires to sign the double in the Tour.
“We have a super strong team led by Jonas Vingegaard, and we believe in our plan. Winning the Giro has been a dream come true and now our riders are set for a Tour double,” he said.
