The Spanish women’s basketball team lost (58-64) in the fight for the Eurobasket 2023 gold against Belgiuma final at the Arena Stozice in Ljubljana that they dominated for 35 minutes and saw it disappear in the last plays.
The match started with an even duel. Alba Torrens became the top scorer for Spain, and the self-confidence and strength of Raquel Carrera gave her the initiative on the scoreboard (12-6).
