Bilbao Basket signs Pantzar for the next two seasons

Surne Bilbao Basket has signed Melwin Pantzar (Stockholm, 23 years old, 1.91 meters) for the next two seasonsas the club has announced this Friday, June 23.
Pantzar arrives in Bilbao after an impactful season in LEB Oro in which he has averaged 15 points, 4 assists and 3.7 rebounds and a PIR of 20.1 defending the jersey of the Real Valladolid. A season in which he has achieved historic performances such as the 38 points, 7 assists and 5 rebounds that he achieved against Cáceres to go up to 53 credits in valuation, a figure that has not been seen in the category since 2015.
To his great LEB season, we must add a great role in the FIBA windows with the national team of his country, with averages of 13.7 points, 3.3 assists and 3.7 rebounds.
The player joined the Real Madrid junior from the Solna Vikings. At just 18 years old, he made his debut with the white first team in the Endesa League, making a total of 10 games, one of them in the Euroleague, with the team then coached by Pablo Laso.
At the age of 19, he signed for Monaco, standing out with the U21 team of the principality (15.1 points, 5.3 assists and 5.4 rebounds) and adding 6 games with the first team, one of them in the Eurocup.
