The former Bilbao player Román Carbajo dies, who was a member of Cajabilbao and Baskonia among others

Roman Carbajointernational center from Bilbao cajabilbao at the end of the 20th century, has passed away at the age of 55as reported to EFE by sources close to the family.
Carbajo (12-09-1967; 2.04 meters), ‘the American from San Francisco (a Bilbao neighborhood)’, was international three times during his long professional career, in which he played seven seasons in the extinct Cajabilbao (from 1984 to 1987 and from 1988 to 1992) after leaving the quarry of the Board of Trustees, at the Marist College in the capital of Biscay.
After his first season in the Bilbao team, he played for CB Breogán de Lugo (1987-1988) and after his second season for the baskonia (1992-1993), the Ourense Basketball Club (1993-1996) and CB Andorra (1996-1997).
