Tour of the Clásica San Sebastián 2023

The 42nd edition of the Clásica San Sebastián has toughened up his already demanding course for 2023, with a race with seven scoring ports who will try to find on July 29 the successor of Remco Evenepoel.
The organization of this top-level cycling event has confirmed this Thursday the modification of its layout compared to previous editions. It will be a layout of 230.3 kilometers, six more than the previous year’s raceand in which classic mountains such as jaizkibel or the wall of murgilwhich will be promoted this year twice.
In addition to these two usual climbs, the peloton will have to climb those of Meaga (3rd category), Iturubur (2nd), Alkiza (3rd), Erlaitz (1st) and Mendizorrotz (2nd) and two intermediate sprints are also introduced that are located in the first step through the finish line on the San Sebastian Boulevard and in the Gipuzkoan town of Usurbil.
