Toni Kroos will stay for another season at Real Madrid. The club announced this Wednesday that it has renewed the player’s contract until June 30, 2024.
The midfielder has defended Real since 2014 and will enter his tenth period with the team. So far, he has won a curriculum made up of 20 titles: four Champions League, five Club World Cups, four European Super Cups, three Spanish Championships, a King’s Cup and three Spanish Super Cups.

The team coach, Carlo Ancelotti, had already commented on the extension of the bond with the player, who would make a decision after the World Cup. Kroos stated, in an interview with Sky Sportswho has the Spanish club as “an incredible relationship” and did not want to “put in question for a poker game” by a transfer.
Toni Kroos is the German player who most often defended the shirt of Real Madrid, totaling 417 matches and 28 goals scored.
Last season, the midfielder entered the pitch 52 times. He scored twice and provided six assists.
