Son denies the possibility of playing in Saudi Arabia: “Money doesn’t matter to me right now”

Striker Son Heung-min has denied any possibility of playing in Saudi Arabia at this time. The South Korean player who, must not leave the Tottenham (ING), stated that the English Championship it’s his favorite competition and he still has a lot to do in the league.

“I have a lot to do in the Premier League. Money doesn’t matter to me at the moment. The pride of playing football and in my favorite league is more important. I still have a lot to do in the Premier League and I want to continue playing at Tottenham”, revealed Son, after the 1-1 draw between South Korea and El Salvador.

Al Ittihad (ARA) would have offered 60 million euros (about R$ 313 million) for the Spurs star, in addition to an annual salary of 30 million euros (about R$ 157 million) per season for the player. Portuguese coach Nuno Espirito Santos would like to count on the South Korean star, as he was his coach when he passed through Tottenham. However, it won’t be this time.
