Emma Boada and Malena Cavo renew with Bera Bera for the 2023-24 season

Emma Boada and Malena Cavo have renewed with the Super Amara Bera Bera for the 2023-24 season, as reported by the Gipuzkoan club on Tuesday. Boada, thus, will complete his fifth campaign with Bera Bera, while Cavo will play his fourth year with the San Sebastian team.
In statements to the Bera Bera website, Emma Boadawho has just turned 29, has considered that Imanol Álvarez’s team has had a good 2022-23 season, and has especially highlighted the obtaining of the Cup and Super Cup titles: “We haven’t celebrated them for a long time. Next year we will continue to be at the top”, he continued, “and we have to adapt to this format”.
Malena Cavo, who has renewed, at 24 years of age, “because I feel comfortable, at home, as with family”, has acknowledged that, on a personal level, it has been “a tough season, I came from an injury, from surgery”, of meniscus, in preseason, “and I give a lot of value to what has been achieved”. Cavo and Boada, to conclude, have endorsed the goal of “playing in the group stage of the European League”.
