Euskaraz irakurri: Tomeu Rigok Bilbao Basketen jarraituko du
The Surne Bilbao Basket confirmed this Monday the continuity in its squad in the next season of the shooting guard Tomeu Rigo, the fifth renewal announced by the Basque club after those of coach Jaume Ponsarnau and forward Xavi Rabaseda, he also guards Adam Smith and power forward Denzel Andersson.
With this renovation, Rigo (Campos/Mallorca; 05-08-1997; 1.89 meters) will reach his sixth consecutive season among the ‘men in black’, of which he is the captain and also the oldest player on the squad.
The Balearic escort remains in Surne Bilbao, to which arrived in the summer of 2018 after being relegated to the LEB League, despite his secondary role in the team and the fact that last season he spent practically nothing as a result of a serious knee injury, a torn cruciate ligament.
Rigo adds in the Bilbao Basket a total of 77 matches disputed.
