Author of the winning goal, Rodri was chosen as the best player of the Champions League. The City midfielder participated in 12 matches for the team and scored twice: once in the quarterfinals and another in the decision. Napoli’s Kvaratskhelia was named the competition’s revelation player.
The Champions League final took place last Saturday and ended with a 1-0 victory for Manchester City against Inter Milan. It was the first time the English club had lifted the tournament trophy.
