Russian champion in weightlifting Koklyaev recommended choosing the goal of training in the gym
Eight-time Russian weightlifting champion Mikhail Koklyaev named ways to prepare for the first visit to the gym. His words are quoted by Vechernyaya Moskva.
The athlete recommended choosing comfortable clothes and a towel for training, as well as taking a bottle of water with you. He also advised to consult a doctor for contraindications.
The athlete said that the training plan should be designed depending on the goal: increase strength, develop endurance, reduce weight or build muscle mass. He noted that for this you can purchase individual lessons with a trainer who will help you perform the exercises correctly.
Earlier, fitness expert James Dimusio called a set of exercises in the gym for embossed arms. The specialist advised lifting dumbbells while lying on a fitball. He also recommended training on a cable pulling machine.
