The expert advised to do hyperextension. She noted that this exercise perfectly strengthens the muscles of the back, buttocks and thighs. The specialist emphasized that it is not recommended to do this exercise for those who have back problems.

Motina also described the correct technique for performing hyperextensions. Starting position – lying on your stomach, arms bent at the elbows at shoulder level. Then, on exhalation, it is necessary to tear the body off the floor and bring the shoulder blades together, while the elbows need to be pulled back a little. Further, lingering at the top point for a few seconds, while inhaling, return to the starting position.
