We will have a selection that has never been left out of an edition and has already come close to winning it”, commented the coach in an interview with FIFA.

Quintana also spoke of coach Pia Sundhage and said that he had already assured the Swedish coach that they would meet in the Cup even before the draw defined the groups.

“I will still have the privilege of being next to the coach of Brazil, Pia [Sundhage], which is an inspiration to me. I met her a few months ago and mentioned that we would face each other. At the time, there hadn’t been the draw yet, but it was a dream come true for me,” she said.
