Coach Musaev called too high volume of loads a bad sports habit
The coach of the highest category Maxim Musaev named bad sports habits. His words are quoted by Roskachestvo.
Musaev did not recommend too high a volume of loads, since overtraining causes insomnia, loss of appetite and high fatigue in an athlete. He also drew attention to the fact that strength training with maximum weights negatively affects the joints and overloads the central nervous system.
The coach also warned those who skip the warm-up and stretching. In his opinion, it raises the body temperature, and also warms up the muscles and joints. The last bad habit he called the lack or excess of sleep, which can lead to chronic overexertion, overtraining and excessive fatigue.
In February, strength training and functional training coach Viktor Kolesnikov named sports that people over 40 should refrain from doing. According to him, high-intensity training and heavy weight work are undesirable for this age.
