Kakun Mainz will no longer be coach of Osasuna Femenino

Izaskun ‘Kakun’ Mainz will not continue in charge of Osasuna Femenino next season as The coach and the entity have reached an agreement to end their relationship, after the last three seasons of Mainz on the rojillo bench.
Izaskun Mainz Mendívil (June 19, 1985; Pamplona, Navarra) was a player for SD Lagunak, CD Ardoi, CD Lodosa and AD San Juan before making the leap to the bench. As a coach, she was one of the key pieces in the Berriozar CF Women’s project, a team she coached for seven seasons, and she also managed the Navarra Women’s Under 18 Team.
mainz He joined Club Atlético Osasuna four seasons ago to take charge of the Benjamín team, being the first woman to become the coach of a men’s team of the rojilla entity. One season later, the Navarrese coach took on the challenge of directing Osasuna’s first women’s team.
In these three seasons at the helm of the rojillas, Osasuna has touched promotion to League Ffalling in the latter in the semifinals of the promotion playoff.
