Fitness expert Rotach reveals that training to failure promotes muscle growth
Fitness expert Irina Rotach spoke about the benefits of training to failure. Her words are quoted on the Men Today website.
Rotach explained that training to failure is lifting weights until you can no longer complete another rep with good form. She noted that this promotes muscle growth and leads to increased strength, at least in the short term.

Rotach added that if you can’t do more than one or two reps, it means you’ve lifted too much weight. A failure will be considered if at least 12-15 repetitions are performed, where the last few require the most effort.
