With that, this Tuesday, as a measure of repudiation of the attacks suffered by the striker, La Liga, together with the Superior Sports Council of Spain (CSD) and the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF), promoted a campaign against racism. in the return of the games after the incident.

The three institutions came together to “unanimously show their absolute and unrestricted repudiation of any racist manifestation”, writes the text.

“The campaign, in addition to being present in the signal of the retransmission of all the matches at national and international level, live and on television, will also be present in the stadiums through informational brochures for the fans. eleven starters will carry it, as well as on the armbands of the players in the next games”, he continues.

“‘Racists, outside football’ and ‘Together against racism’ intend to unite the strength of all: institutions, clubs, athletes and fans with the objective of completely eradicating racism and those who are the protagonists of our football”, concludes the publication on the official websites of the entities.

The campaign could already be seen in the three matches played this afternoon: Celta x Girona, Real Sociedad x Almería and Valladolid x Barcelona. It is worth remembering that this was the ninth case of racism suffered by Vinícius Júnior since he arrived in Spain.

The last racist attack suffered by Vini Jr.

At 25 minutes of the final stage of the confrontation against Valencia, fans present at the Mestella chanted racist chants directed at Vini Jr. The Brazilian identified one of the fans who offended him and had to be held by his teammates.
