Fitness trainer Konstantin Dyachenko named the best exercises for office workers. His words are quoted by Kuban News.

First, the coach advised to stand up with your feet shoulder-width apart, while placing your hands on your waist and trying to lean back as low as possible. In his opinion, this will help relieve static tension in the muscles.

Further, Dyachenko suggested lying on his stomach, while you need to rest on your forearms and put your palms strictly parallel to each other. In this case, you need to stretch your body up, without lifting your hips from the floor. During the last exercise, you need to lie on your stomach, straighten your arms along the body and stretch the body up. There is no need to lift your legs.

Earlier, fitness instructor Sergei Trukhin advised simple exercises for office workers. The trainer suggested smoothly turning the head to the side, raising and lowering the shoulders. The specialist also recommended to perform tilts and twists and do not forget about hand exercises.
