Ecuadorian forward Leonardo Campana scored his third goal of the MLS season on Saturday in Inter Miami’s 3-1 loss to Orlando City.
The Tricolori previously scored a double goal against the Columbus Crew. After returning from injury, he played 7 games, all as a starter.
City took the lead in the 19th minute with a goal by Austrian Ercan Kar. Campana scored for the home side in the 57th minute with a spectacular left-footed strike into the top corner from outside the penalty area, but Argentina’s Martín Ojeda restored City’s lead in the 68th minute and Brazilian winger Rafael Santos scored on a counterattack in the 86th minute.
This second consecutive defeat leaves Inter with 15 points in twelfth place in the East, outside playoffs.
Unlike its neighbor and rival in Los Angeles, Galaxy of Chicharito Hernández remained in last place in the West with nine points in 13 games, the worst record in the league.

They were beaten 3-0 by Wayne Rooney’s DC United on Saturday in a game defined by a terrible error from their England goalkeeper Jonathan Bond.
The Californians kept the tie until, in the 71st minute, Bond made a mess with the ball at his feet and left it at the feet of Belgian Christian Benteke, who scored into an empty net.
It took DC United just two minutes to pull away thanks to a counterattack finished by Colombia’s Cristian Dájome to make it 3-0 through Poland’s Mateusz Klich, who capitalized on another poor Bond clearance from the area.
Chicharito Hernández, who has scored just one goal in eight appearances this season, Spanish playmaker Riqui Puig and Uruguayan defender Martín Cáceres stayed on the pitch for the Galaxy for 90 minutes. (D)
