The coach suggests starting with running on the spot. Then Calagur advised to do a simplified burpee. Starting position – in a deep squat, put your hands on the floor in front of you shoulder width apart, place your legs a little wider. Next, you need to jump to point-blank prone, then return to the starting position, then stand up, then sit down again and start again.
The final exercise of this interval workout is the jumping jack. It is performed as follows: you need to simultaneously spread your legs hip-width apart in a jump and clap your hands over your head, and then return to the starting position.
Previously, British scientists have explained the benefits of outdoor sports. Study leader Katherine Boer said that outdoor exercise has a positive effect on mental performance.
