Fitness expert talks about how to properly warm up before a workout

Fitness trainer recommended doing dynamic exercises to warm up before training

Fitness expert Jessica Challen talked about the right warm-up before training. Her words leads The Sun.

The specialist stated that in order to prepare for the lesson, it is not enough to perform several static stretching exercises. These movements do not increase your heart rate or warm up your muscles, which can lead to injury.

Challen added that stretching is best done at the end of a workout, and for a warm-up, according to her, dynamic exercises are ideal. She recommended jumping with arms and legs apart or running in place with a high knee lift.

Previously, the doctor called the signals for the immediate stop of the workout. Dr. Marta Gulati said that you should stop exercising if you feel chest pain, feel dizzy after exercise and suddenly catch your breath.
