Fitness trainer recommended doing dynamic exercises to warm up before training
Fitness expert Jessica Challen talked about the right warm-up before training. Her words leads The Sun.
The specialist stated that in order to prepare for the lesson, it is not enough to perform several static stretching exercises. These movements do not increase your heart rate or warm up your muscles, which can lead to injury.
Challen added that stretching is best done at the end of a workout, and for a warm-up, according to her, dynamic exercises are ideal. She recommended jumping with arms and legs apart or running in place with a high knee lift.
