The defender of the basketball club CSKA Alexey Shved told the details of the fight in Moscow. His words are quoted by Match TV.

The athlete said that the attackers lost money on bets, because of which they entered into a verbal skirmish with him and his wife Anastasia. “They surrounded us, then drove up again. The video shows a lot of people. Nobody was going to fight. I told my wife, let’s go. They surrounded me at that moment, hit me in the legs, in the head, ”Shved added. He noted that he was seriously injured, but recovery is going well.

On May 5, a court in Moscow arrested four suspects in beating a basketball player. 20-year-old Prince Amirslanov, his 17-year-old brother Ramzin, their driver Yusuf and 19-year-old Pisarev were sent to a pre-trial detention center until July 2. The defendants were charged under Part 2 of Article 213 (“Hooliganism committed by a group of persons with the use of violence against citizens”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The attack on Shved became known on May 2. As a result of a fight at the entrance to a restaurant in the center of Moscow, the basketball player received a head injury. At the hospital, he was also diagnosed with retrograde amnesia, a fracture of the temporal bone, and an epidural hematoma.
