Umar Nurmagomedov called Aljamain Sterling and Sean O’Malley his “victims”
Russian mixed martial artist (MMA) Umar Nurmagomedov applied to Twitter to American rivals Aljamain Sterling and Sean O’Malley.
Nurmagomedov shared on his page an entry from the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) account with a photo of Sterling and O’Malley. “My victims,” the Russian called them.
On January 13, Umar, who is the cousin of former UFC champion Khabib Nurmagomedov, complained that no one in the promotion wanted to fight him. “When they asked me if I would fight [Коди] Barcelos, I said: “Yes, I don’t care with whom.” Even if it’s a debutant, I’m ready to fight. I want to be active,” the Russian added.
Umar Nurmagomedov has 16 wins and no losses in MMA. He has four fights in the UFC. Sterling has 23 wins and 3 losses in his career. O’Malley has 16 wins and one loss. Another fight with his participation was declared invalid.
